The Hamilton Outdoor Water Polo League runs out of Lower Lions Club Pool in Ancaster Sunday mornings July 8th – August 26th 2018. Athletes are divided into teams and play a regular season similar to house league in basketball or soccer.
Each weeks 2 hour session is organized as follows:
30- Minutes – Skills and drill instruction
30- Minutes – Swim instruction
30- Minutes – Water Polo based dry land training
30 Minutes – Regular Season Game
Dry-land Training facilitated by Power Push Training
Who: CO-ED 7-12 years, no experience required just need to love swimming and or ball sports.
Where: Lower Lions Club Pool located at 263 Jerseyville Rd W Ancaster.
When: Practices Run Sunday July 8th – August 26th 8:00-10:00 or 8:30-10:30 depending on game time.
